How do I place an order?
To place an order with Something Borrowed And Something Blue you can order online or over the telephone.
Ordering online is really easy, just place an item in your basket and follow the online instructions to checkout. Something Borrowed And Something offer a secure payment method 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
What are my payment options?
Something Borrowed And Something Blue accepts the following credit/debit cards: Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Mastercard Credit, Mastercard Debit, JCB, Visa Electron and Maestro. We also accept payments via paypal or personal cheques However please note that items paid for by cheque will not be dispatched until payment has been received and cleared.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email once you order has been dispatched
Will I get email confirmation after placing my order?
Yes you will receive email confirmation after placing your order with Something Borrowed And Something Blue.
Can you rush my order?
Some items can be rushed at an extra cost. Please email us and let us know how quickly you require the item/s and we will do our best to accomodate you.
Which Currencies do you accept?
At the present time we only accept GBP.
Do you offer samples?
On some items we do offer samples. Please contact us to check.
Can I get a discount if I order large quantities of items from you?
Sometimes we can offer discounts on certain items which your purchase a large quantity of. Please email us with the item and quantity you wish to puchase and we will review whether we can supply you with a discount. We do not offer discounts on low quantity orders, so please do not ask.

What are your delivery charges?
Please refer to the delivery table for costs.
When will my products be delivered?
Each item has an estimated delivery time next to it's description. Many items will be in stock and sent within 3-5 working days. However some items will take up to 28 working days to be delivered. Most personalised item's will take 2-3 weeks to be delivered.
I have purchased quite a few items will they all be shipped together?
Sometimes items will be delivered seperately due to stock levels or to give the best possible delivery times. However you will not charged anything extra if your items arrive seperately.
Do you deliver to my address?
Something Borrowed And Something Blue deliver to all areas of the UK, please refer to delivery pricing for cost of delivery to your area.
Do you deliver outside the United Kingdom?
Yes we deliver to other European Union Countries. Please refer to the shipping table for the price list for your Country. Note that we will not be responsible for any taxes/duties imposed for item's entering your Country.

Do you have a printed catalogue?
No currently our online gallery is our catalogue.
Returns/Exchanges:
What is your return's policy?
Please refer to terms and conditions return policy.
What do I need to do if items are damaged?
You will be asked to supply a photograph of damage to items. If we are satisfied that items are damaged we will ask for you to return items . Upon satisfactory checks, postage will be refunded, and replacements will be sent.
How do I return items?
If you need to return an item please email info@somethingborrowedandsomethingblue.co.uk with your order details including, name, address and order number. We will then send you return instructions. Postage and Packaging charges will not be refunded.
Can I return personalised items?
Unfortunately personalised items can not be returned to Something Borrowed and Something Blue due to being not being resellable.
